How it works:

- An advisor will schedule your appointment and inform you of the cost
- On the day of the appointment, you’ll receive a reminder and an estimated technician arrival time
- When the technician is on their way, you’ll receive an updated arrival time
- The technician will greet you and review the services to be performed
- Once the service is completed, you pay online via online bill pay, and you’re done
