Fishing at Young Park You don't have to take a long trip to the lake to go fishing because Young Park on 850 S. Walnut Street is home to a peaceful pond that's regularly stocked with fish, such as catfish and trout. You'll also find ducks and turtles here. Large trees along the pond give ample shade from the sun, so feel free to visit during the summer months. Other facilities include a large playground, picnicking areas with grills, and pavilions. Several wide walking and biking paths wind through Young Park, making it the perfect place for a morning jog or an evening stroll.
